P3 Accounting began a bit unexpectedly - not unlike many of our clients.  Our business grew out of a need we saw in the community.  Real accountants, real entrepreneurs, real investors, focusing on what we love to do - helping others and teaching business owners how to become more successful. 

 

P3 Accounting is a virtual firm with a non-traditional approach to accounting.  We are proud to offer you responsive, professional, and quality service. We are constant learners, and love helping our clients overcome their accounting challenges through our own experiences and expertise.

Rose Taylor is a well-experienced accountant with abundant professional experience in varying industries. Since she was young, she has always had an interest in all things business and quickly noticed her organic accounting capabilities. Rose graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Business Management. Since then, she has worked with public and private companies ranging from small businesses to multi-million dollar corporations.  She loves pursuing new knowledge, collaborating, and using her creative problem-solving skills to set herself apart from other business professionals. Over her career, she has owned multiple businesses and had vested partnership interests in retail, e-commerce, and real estate companies.
 
As an Enrolled Agent and accountant for the past 18 years, Rose’s entrepreneurial experience and exposure to companies of all sizes provide her with a unique perspective compared to most in the industry. She brings exceptional knowledge to the table when it comes to advising and representing her client’s best interests.

Steven VanCauwenbergh is a serial entrepreneur and author who has built (and sold!) several businesses in the service-based industries of music, bridal, B2B, and real estate investing. His strengths are teaching entrepreneurs systems to help increase their capacity, scaling their businesses, and thinking outside the box.

 

Steven works to create long-term value for our clients through marketing, strategies, and utilizing outside relationships to make your business better!

Patty has a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies of Mathematics, Psychology, and Education from Oklahoma Baptist University. She is currently working on her Accounting Degree at the University of Texas at Tyler and will graduate in May 2023. She has been working and teaching Quickbooks for over 20 years. When not working she enjoys cross-stitching, quilting, and spending time with her husband, family, and her two wonderful granddaughters.

Katie Stretch, a native of Alaska, now calls El Paso, TX her home.  Equipped with an Associates Degree in Business Administration, focusing on accounting, she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge through her extensive 20-year career in accounting, collaborating with a wide range of industries.  During her leisure time, Katie finds intrigue in the world of true crime, and she cherishes the moments spent with her three daughters.  

 RICHARD WILSON - TAX ACCOUNTANT

Richard is a retired Vietnam Air Force veteran with 52 years of marriage and two accomplished accountant daughters. He had a successful 31-year career in electronics manufacturing engineering. Since 1985, Richard has been a tax preparation expert with a Master of Science in Taxation Degree. He owned and operated retail tax preparation businesses in Tennessee and Texas. Passionate about travel, he has explored 41 states and Canada in his motorhome, using it as a base for volunteer work. Richard also enjoys freshwater and ocean fishing.

CARRYE HALL - ONBOARDING ACCOUNTANT

After 25 years in Texas, Carrye decided to join us in Oklahoma.  She and her family decided to relocate to "lake life".  As a Graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, she is having to adjust to the other teams in the Big 12.  She loves cross stitching, watching baseball, and cheering her son on in his endeavors.  Carrye leads our new clients through the entire onboarding process, making sure our clients are transitioned into our high level of standards to ensure that financial statements are clean and most importantly, correct.  

KATIE BAIRD  - PAYROLL SPECIALIST

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Katie works primarily with all clients' payroll and sales tax processing.  She handles day to day payroll, quarterly reporting, and tax filings.  When she's not issuing pay stubs, you can find her at the lake surfing, working out, or cheering on her race car driver husband!

Gloria has worked in both public and private industries for over 30 years.  From her experience as the Business Manager of a boutique law firm, to Director of Finance for a leading non-profit arts organization, she brings to the table the ability to collaborate and make your numbers real and tell the story of your company, all while minding the intricate rules surrounding IRC 280E and 471.  She currently sits as Treasurer on the board of The Arts in Guthrie, OK.  She is an avid photographer, loves to travel, creating zen, and spending time with friends and family.

Nicholas Meyers is an experienced accounting and finance professional with over 20 years in various industries including agriculture and manufacturing.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Oklahoma and holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Okahoma.  Nicholas is a proven leader in the development of organizational structures, capital investment, and software implementations.

Lisa A. Vachon is a C.P.A. actively licensed in both Florida and Massachusetts. She has been in the accounting and tax industry for 34+ years and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for 20 years.  She graduated from Westfield State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1999 and American International College with a Master’s in Accounting and Taxation in 2002. While working in public accounting, Lisa also taught tax and accounting courses at both the high and college levels. During that time, she earned her Massachusetts teaching certificates in Business (grades 7-12) and Special Education (grades K-12). This experience allows Lisa to work closely with her clients in a collaborative relationship that helps them to understand their tax and financials better. When Lisa is not working, she can be found reading, crafting, fishing with her husband of 26 years or just spending time with her family, friends and her four-legged children.
